This Code ofBusiness Ethics and Conduct applies to all directors, officers, and employees of all MLS Companies (collectively, the "Company" or "MLS"), as well as to its agents, subcontractors, or representatives engaged to act on behalf of the Company. Its purpose is to affirm the Company's strong dedication to the highest standards of business ethics and conduct.
